An approved oil operator is an authorized warehousekeeper who carries out operations for the release of petroleum products (operations entailing the payment of internal taxes).

After registration?
Payment of remuneration for the service rendered by the CPSSP
On the 20th at the latest of the month M, the operators declare their releases for the month M-1 via the site sagess.fr.
The remuneration for the service rendered must be made in value 20 of month M at the latest.

Declarations to the Administration (with copy to CPSSP)
Monthly returns
- Form STR4, giving monthly consumer releases, domestic production, inventory owned on the last day of the month.
- Monthly statements of availability received or given (MDMR form).
To do for the 20th of each month.
Annual returns
- Deduction rights assigned or received (DCDR form).
- A summary of last year's consumer releases is to be made to determine the operator's National Obligation that will apply on July 1st of the following year.
Other obligations of approved oil operators
The remuneration for the service rendered is guaranteed by a deposit (operational guarantee). The CPSSP communicates to each operator in February the updated amount of the guarantee to be subscribed.
