CPSSP coverage policy

The finished products of which the CPSSP provides the coverage are classified by category defined in the appendix of the law 92-1443:

• cat 1 essence,
• cat 2 distillates (GOM and FOD),
• cat 3 Jet,
• cat 4 Heavy fuel.

The quantities correspond to 56% or 90% of the obligations of the approved oil operators, and 100% for the non-approved operators.

To these types of categories can be used in substitution of other petroleum products, for example crude. (A ton of crude being equivalent to 0.8 tons of finished product whatever it is.)
